I've created this site to chronicle the process of trying to remember how to paint. I used to paint quite often, and was pretty good. Unfortunately, time can take away talent - and patience. So, my goal is to paint again and to have my first First Friday show. I've always dreamt of having one. Oh, and I like to bake.

Hi! Thanks so much for stopping by my blog. You left a message about the Baileys Irish Cream Pie. Not sure where I should answer and could not find an email address for you. So here goes: Make sure the chocolate mixture is not overly hot - cool a bit while preparing the other ingredients. Make sure you get the egg whites to hold their shape and also the whipped cream should have stiff peaks. When folding the chocolate mixture into the egg whites & cream, do not beat. GENTLY fold the mixture together with a spatula. So sorry it gave you troubles. I love the idea of your blog and will be following along to see what you paint! I used to paint with watercolor and LOVE your trout. I was big on painting birds and bunnies :) Hope you have a terrific week!
